Full Sales Cycle with Transition to Group Chat
1. First Contact (Cold Outreach)
Goal: Initiate a dialogue, identify needs, and move the client to a group chat to close the deal.
Message Template (Instagram/Telegram/VK):*"Hello! I see you have an active Instagram. Tell me, do you reply to customers manually or have you already automated the process? If you’d like to save up to 80% of your time, we can offer a 3-day free trial. Setup takes just an hour in our chat with a manager. Interested?"*
If the client agrees:"Great! I’ll add you to the manager’s chat now—they’ll activate the trial and answer all your questions."
2. Warming Up the Client (Before Moving to the Chat)
Goal: Confirm interest and prepare the client for the transition.
Short Script:Pain-point question:"Do customers often ask the same questions (about prices, delivery, availability)? Do you have to reply manually?"
If "Yes":"Exactly! Our software automates these replies. Let me add you to the manager’s chat—they’ll set everything up and give you trial access."
If hesitant:*"I get it—new tools always raise questions. How about just trying a 3-day trial? If it doesn’t work, you can simply opt out. Shall we proceed?"*
3. Transition to the Group Chat
How it works:Tell the client:"I’ll add you to the chat with our manager [Name]. They’ll help set up the software and answer all your questions."
Add the client to the Telegram group chat.
Write in the chat:"[Client’s name], this is [Your name]. I’ve connected you with manager [Name]—they’ll assist with setup. [Manager’s name], the client is interested in automating Instagram replies."
Important:
The chat must be three-way (client, you, manager).
The manager immediately sends a welcome message:"Hi [Name]! I’ll guide you through the trial setup and AI configuration."
4. Your Role After the Transfer
Wait for your commission to be sent to your crypto wallet. This usually happens within 1 hour of the client’s payment (rarely up to 24 hours).
5. How to Assist the Manager in the Chat
Only help if the senior manager requests it via private message!
6. If the Client Doesn’t Join the Chat
After 24 hours:"[Name], you haven’t joined the manager’s chat yet. Should we reschedule for a better time? Or would you like me to explain everything myself?"
If no response:After 3 days—soft exit:"[Name], if you change your mind, just message me. We can always arrange a trial."
Checklist (Good Performance Metrics):
~10 contacts → 3 transfers to chat.
~20 contacts → 1 sale.
After transfer: Track if the client joins, send reminders.
If the deal falls through: Follow up after 3–7 days.
Example Dialogue (Ideal Scenario):
You (DM):*"Hi! I see you get a lot of DMs. Want a 3-day free trial of our AI auto-reply tool? Setup takes just an hour in the manager’s chat. Should I add you?"*
Client: "Yes, sounds good."
You: "Great! One sec… [adds to chat]. You’re in! Manager [Name] is waiting for your questions."

Pro Tips:
Quick chat transfer—clients don’t have time to second-guess.
DM support—if the client is shy/forgets to join the chat.
Teamwork—you and the manager back each other up.
Result:

The main thing is not to give up at the translation stage. Clients often "get lost", but reminders work! In the beginning, due to lack of experience, you may not succeed - this is normal. But you can learn everything!
